By visiting or using this website or submitting any form, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Notice and our Cookie Notice. Submitting an inquiry grants us permission to process and share your data with our trusted third-party professionals (e.g. lawyers, accountants, translators) solely to evaluate and provide the requested coordination or referral services.

1. Who May Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

2.1 Permitted

Browse public content and submit inquiry forms.
Download or print materials for personal, non-commercial use, keeping all copyright notices intact.

2.2 Prohibited

Upload harmful code or impersonate others.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or disrupt the Site.
Copy or republish content for commercial gain without written permission.

3. Inquiry Acknowledgment & Assignment Agreement

When you submit an inquiry:

We’ll acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days.
We’ll send you an Assignment Agreement outlining scope, fees, and payment terms.
No work begins until you sign that Agreement and pay any required deposit or invoice.

We may suspend your ability to submit forms or access the Site if you abuse these Terms.

4. Data & File Retention

We use and retain your data only to perform requested services:

Inquiries & uploads: retained up to 2 years after last contact, then destroyed.
Engaged client files: retained up to 6 years after service completion (or longer if required by law), then destroyed.

5. Sub-Processors

We engage trusted third parties (hosting, analytics, forms, CRM, email, cookie-consent, etc.) who process your data only on our instructions, under GDPR-compliant agreements.

6. No Legal Advice

Content on this Site is for general information and not legal advice. Any legal advice or representation is provided by professionals you are referred to, under separate agreements directly with them.

7. Intellectual Property

All Site content, text, graphics, logos, code, is owned or licensed by Legally.fi (LexBase Lakiasiat Oy). You may view, download, and print for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Disclaimer: The Site is provided “as is” without warranties.
Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Future Features

We may add newsletters, guides, surveys, chat, or other features in the future, these Terms will govern all such additions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted here with its “Effective date” is binding. Continued Use constitutes acceptance of changes.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes shall first go to mediation in Helsinki; if unresolved within 30 days, either party may bring proceedings in the Helsinki District Court.
