This document is a signed request that Legally.fi consider accepting a limited initial emergency legal inquiry concerning a named person who may have been arrested, apprehended, detained, or otherwise held by the police or another competent authority in Finland.

If the matter is accepted, Legally.fi’s assignment is limited to reviewing the information submitted by the Client, carrying out necessary preliminary checks, including conflict and compliance checks, and making an initial inquiry with the relevant Finnish authority or other appropriate channel for the purpose of determining whether any lawfully releasable information is available concerning the named person.

This assignment does not include broader criminal defence representation, attendance at police interviews, court representation, appeals, complaints, or any broader legal mandate unless separately agreed in writing.

No guarantee of result or disclosure. Legally.fi does not guarantee that the named person will be located, that any arrest or custody status will be confirmed, or that any authority will disclose information.

Fee basis and activation.
Fees for this assignment are charged at EUR 250 per hour, plus 25.5% VAT when applicable.

No substantive work begins before:
1. internal review,
2. satisfactory client identification and compliance checks,
3. payment of the invoice or requested advance payment.
